Royal Blue

Kuninglik sinine. Tegu tellimustööga :) Juhuu - mõnikord tuleb ka tellimusi! Selle kee tarvis sai Silverpointist soetatud tumesinist organsat. Kui kätte sain, olin õnnelik, sest toon on ülimalt kaunis ja majesteetlik. Aga kui hakkasin sobivaid helmeid selle juurde sobitama, sattusin ahastusse - minu tohutu helmehunniku hulgast ma ei leidnud ÜHTEGI õiges toonis pärlit! Küll oli liiga soe, külm, intensiivne või hall toon minu sinistes. Eks ma sisimas seda kartsin, sest omal ajal kui segasin kokku põhivärvidest kõiki spektri värve, nägin oma silmaga, et sinine on tõesti üks intensiivsemaid värve ja võrreldes näiteks kollasega, sai sinisest oma kümme korda rohkem toone.

Läksin siis oma plastikhelmeste ja seemnehelmeste varude kallale ja leidsin kahes suuruses õiget tooni pärlmutter helmeid ning tõstes ümber kogu oma lihvitud helmeste varu, leidsin õiget tooni 4mm helmeid. Sellest piisas ;) ja asusin tööle. Komplekt on müüdud.



This is a custom work - yeiii :) Sometimes people do make orders from me! I bought dark blue organza ribbon specially for this set from Silverpoint . When I received it I was really happy because the color was beautiful and majestetic. But when I started to combine beads with this ribbon I was devastated - not ONE bead with a matching color! There were too warm, too cold, too intensive or greyness in these blues I got. I guess I knew it could happen, because once when I mixed a spectrum from basic colors I saw with my own eyes that blue is the most intensive color of all and compared to yellow for example, I could have like ten times more tones from blue.

So I started to examine my stash of plastic beads and seedbeads and found two sizes of plastic pearls with right color. Rearrangeing my faceted firepolished beads I managed to find beads sized 4mm. Thats all I needed ;) and I started to work. This set is sold.
