Vintage Rhinestones and More...

Väike kokkuvõte vahepeal hangitud asjadest! Ma ei suutnud oma õnne uskuda, kui võitsin oksjonil täispakendi pisikesi swarovski hõbe-metallik ehtekive! Värvi nimi on Crystal Comet Argent Light. Mul pole õrna aimugi, mida täpselt nendega teen, aga kui õnnestub, siis vbl saan ka sama värvi pisut suuremaid ehtekive. Teine pakend siin on Light Amethyst lihvitud kandilised kivid, selle sain mõne aja eest.
Teine suur leid on antiikvasksed kristallidega kettakesed! No andis neid alles otsida!
Kolmas täiendus on raamatute-ajakirjade koha pealt. Nimelt on täienenud Beads Bee ajakirjade valik (nüüd olemas vol. 1-24) ning sain lõpuks kätte ka helmepõimimiste sarja Brick Stitch'i raamatu, mis on siis oranži värvi.

About some purchases I've made... I couldn't believe my luck when I won an auction of full package with vintage swarovski tiny rhinestones in Crystal Comet Argent Light! I don't know what I'll do with them yet but I'm so thrilled. Even more, if everything goes well I will receive same rhinestones in bigger size! Here you can see another package of vintage swarovski octagon stones in Amethyst Light that I got a while back.
Another great find was antique copper crystal rondelles. These weren't easy to find!
And I have bought many books since I last blogged about them. For example I now have all Beads Bee magazine copies from vol 1-24. And I managed to get the orange book from the beading series. Orange book is about brick stitching

New Books

Eelmise kuu lõpus ja selle kuu alguses sain kätte ammuilma tellitud raamatud. Lõpuks võtsin julguse kokku ja tellisin need Beads Bee ajakirjad ära. See on jube, kuidas nende hinnad muudkui kerkivad ja kerkivad - isegi kasutatud raamatutena on nende hinnad kõrged, kuna neid trükitakse nii vähe. Võimalik, et need on mu viimased Beads Bee tellimised... Seekord siis nr 11 ja nr 20.

Lisaks Beads Bee numbritele tellisin kaks algajate raamatut, see punane on helmepõimingute algteadmistest ning sinine minu lemmik helmespõimingust - kalasaba/ndebele/herringbone tehnikast. Mul on eelnevalt kaks sama sarja raamatut, üks RAW-tehnikast ja teine võrktehnikast, nii on väike kollektsioon juba koos. Tean, et on olemas ka rohelist ning oranži värvi, ent mis täpselt seal sees on, ei tea (vist St.Peterburg'i tehnika ning järsku brick stitch või peyote?).

Viimasel pildil on veel üks ajakiri - My Beads Style nr9. See on sarnane Beads Bee'le selles mõttes, et ehted on edasijõudnutele ning info koha pealt on väga mahukas. Ning seal on ka kasutatud sellist vintage stiili, mis mulle eriti hästi istub :)

In the end of last month and in the beginning of the current month I received some books I've ordered some time ago. I finally bought the Beads Bee magazines I've dreamt of so long time. It's absolutely frustrating how the prices go up, even secondhand magazines are so expensive - it might be because they don't print these as much as people would like to buy. This is possibly the last time I order Beads Bee magazine... I received vol 11 and vol 20.

In addition to magazines I ordered two beginners books, red one is about the bead stitching basics and the blue one is about my favourite stitch - herringbone/ndebele stitch. I've previously bought two books from the same series, one about RAW and one about netting, so I have a little collection already. I don't have all of them although. I know that there is an orange and green book also, but have no idea what they are about (perhaps about St.Peterburg chain, brick stitch or peyote?).

The last one is another magazine - My Beads Style vol.9. It's very much like Beads Bee, the jewelry is complex and meant for advance level and it has really a lot of info in it. And the jewelry in it has the vintage feel to it, that I really like :)
I'm going to add my Beads Bee magazines to my collection and other books to my virtual bookself.

Ma ei osta raamatuid väga tihti, aga kui seda teen, siis kohe mitu korraga :)
Sain hiljuti kätte jaapani helmeste ajakirja Beads Bee osad vol.8, vol.15 ja vol.19. Need on mul juba mitu-mitu korda läbi lapatud igat pidi.

I don't buy books very often, but when I do, I'll buy many :)
I just received bead magazines from Japan, Beads Bee vol.8, vol.15 and vol.19. I've looked them through many many times by now.

My beading books

Siin on minu jaapani helmeraamatud. Vbl on siin hulgas ka muid hieroglüüfe, ma tõesti ei tea. Raamatud Bead Fantasies neli osa on inglise, teised mulle tundmatus keeles. Kui mul on tunne, et ehete tegemine ei lähe kohe mitte, siis teen endale piimakokteili, sätin ennast mugavalt istuma ning lehitsen neid raamatuid. Mu riiulis on veel ka paar eestikeelset ja mõnesid ingliskeelseid raamatuid, kuid millegipärast on jaapani omad südamelähedasemad :)

Here are my japanese books. There could be books from some other Asian country, I really can't be sure. The Bead Fantasies four books are in English, others are in a language I can't understand. If I feel like making jewellery doesn't work at all I make myself a milkshake and sit down to enjoy these books. I also have some books in Estonian and English, but in some reason I cherish these ones shown here more :)
