Yellow as...

Klaasist ehtekivid on 1940-1960ndatest.

Yellow as... jonquil. Now, when we can see a bit of sunshine and snow melting around here, it sometimes feels as if the air smells like spring... Joinquil colored glass navette and sabrina style yellow rhinestones with pale yellow faceted glass beads. Rhinestones are from the years 1940-60's. When I pictured this pendant I had a bit different image in my head and when I was on the half way and haven't done any wrapping with thin wire, it also looked that it was going to be a bit different. I guess it's a sign of me being an amateur and although I sometimes scribble things on a piece of paper and try to "plan" the outcome will always be what IT wants to be :) I must say I'm quite pleased with thiskind of "arrangement" because my experience has shown me that the probability to mess things up is considerably smaller that way.

It's very pretty. I rarely plan anything out because when I do it doesn't turn out looking the way I'd planned anyway!

Yeah, so why should plan at all, right :) And when the image of the final look is not clear then it's always a surprise how things eventually turn out!
