Golden Set
Sinine kaelakee on valminud varem, selle juurde telliti kõrvarõngapaar, mida näete pildilt. Kasutasin samu givré klaasist ehtekive, samu klaaspärleid ja sama värvi klaashelmeid.
Kuna osad vasksed detailid on otsas ja praegu säästurežiimi tõttu uut komponentide tellimust teha ei saa, siis olin "sunnitud" kasutama selles õrnroosas komplektis kuldseid metallosi. Komplektis on käekett, pross ja kõrvarõngad. Vanadel ehetel olen tihtilugu näinud seemnehelmestega või tibatillukeste klaaspärlitega kaetud metall-plaate. Küll ma murdsin pead, mismoodi neid tollal tehti...
That blue necklace is from one of my previous post, I had an order for matching earrings. I used the same vintage givré glass rhinestones, same glass pearls and same color glass beads.
I've run out of some copper-colored findings and I can't make another supply-shopping in order to keep my costs down. So I was "forced" to use golden metal components this time. This is a set of bracelet, brooch and a pair of earrings. I've noticed that many vintage costume jewelery pieces have metal plates covered with seedbeads or tiny glass pearls. I've spent so much time on figuring out how these were made in the old days... No matter how I tried it never came close in result and the beaded rows kept sliding. Until one day it came to me! It was all about the order of beading-stringing and the tension (my fingers had stripes from the wire for a long time :)). Ofcourse I need to practice more and more but I'm quite happy with the results of my first attempt. I used light pink glass pearls (Czech), Miyuki 15/0 beige seedbeads (Japan) and swarovski crystal rhinestones (Austria).

Beaded Earrings
See on nüüd kahevärviline givre glaas. Ehk tumesinist ja valget värvi klaasijutid lähevad läbipaistva klaasi seest läbi. Valisin need kivid teiste omasuguste seast välja kuna nendel värvid natuke ka segunenud! Siin on veel seemnehelmeid ja pisut klaaspärleid. Tegelikult plaanisin neid rohkem panna ja paningi, kuid ma pidevalt kraapisin nende pealmise kihi katki ja muudkui harutasin, kuni lõpuks sai sellest küllalt.
Panin DaWandasse ehteid juurde, kaks neist on täitsa uued - täna valminud.
I'm absolutely hopeless... I just manage to get my ordered rhinestones when I've already ordered some more. This is getting serious! But I can't let them just be in a box can I?
I started with these earrings yesterday and finished them today. Not exactly what I imagined. I think those tiny swarovski navy blue rhinestones don't show enough. What's the point of swarovskies if you can't see them? But this navette shaped rhinestone is my favourite at the moment. It's two colored givre glass. It has opaque dark blue and white glass running through the crystal glass. I choose these two stones from the rest because the blue and white are bit mixed! I put some seedbeads and glass pearls here also. I planned to put a lot of glass pearls here and I did. But I accidentally scratched the surface of pearls and therefore needed to change them way too many times.
I listed some more jewellery pieces at my DaWanda, two of them are brand new - I made them today.

Mini & Maxi
Kaks prossi, üks suur teine väike. See roosa on väiksem ja helmeste/kivikeste ring on pisut lopergune. Põhjus selles, et üritasin teha viie lillega mustrit metallist plaadile, millel 16 tippu :) Selle prossi ehtekivid on kõik swarovski omad. Keskmine suur on opaque rose ja väikesed frosted rose. Hämmastav, kuigi need väikesed roosad on mati pinnaga, helgivad nad ikkagi!
Need kandilised ehtekivid prossi tippudes on kahevärvilised givre'd. Neli väikest suure sinise lähedal on kah omamoodi erilised. Need on imitatsioon-opaalid. Seal keskel on roosad fiiberklaasist (kassisilm) helmed. See suur pross on esimene kord, kui mul on õnnestunud panna kõik plaadid, prossinõelad, nimeplaadid omavahel sümmetriliselt vastavusse.
Suur pross on müüdud.
Two brooches, one big and another small. The pink one is small and the beads and stones are bit unevenly. It's because of the fact that I beaded the 5sided motif to stamped filligree that has 16 peaks ;) All stones here are swarovskis. The big one in the middle is opaque rose and small ones frosted rose. I really find it amazing that frosted stones sparkle so much!
I made the second brooch to try how big can I go with that kind of brooches. I think this is it, if I make any bigger it will be too heavy to wear. The big sapphire blue glass stone has really interesting facets, as if it was a chess board! This brooch was also another color experiment of mine, I wanted to see how sapphire blue goes with pink :) I don't know why but in the middle I added some yellow too. The square stones are two colored givre's. And the four small ones next to the big sapphire blue stone are also special - these are so called imitation opals. They have bits of folio in them to reflect light and the glass is multicolored that adds really interesting color flashes. So pretty! The sapphire blue flowers are made of six 28pp (3,5mm) swarovski stones. I felt how I set those stones long after I was done, in my fingertips ;) In the middle of these flowers I put a pink fiberoptic glass beads (cats eye). This brooch is the first time I succeeded with alligning all the motifs, stamped filligrees, brooch pin and name tag.
The large one is sold.
