I was wondering... what type of jewellery people love? Many love earrings, some like brooches. And then there are those who don't like brooches at all. Some wear only necklaces.

I discovered that I have made mostly earrings. And the holder of second place is brooches! Many use brooches as a pendant to beaded necklace chain. Have you tried it? EMERALD GREEN RHINESTONE Jewellery

Using jewel tone like sapphire blue made me think of my previous pieces I made in emerald green. Over the time I have made many. So here is a little group photo of the brooches in emerald green. These Emerald Green rhinestone brooches are in the shop under single listing but are made in different times and hve such different designs and stories.

Jewel tone like emerald green has this royal effect. Especially combined with sparkly rhinestones and pearls! The leaf in the front brooch is actually made from uranium glass and ti glows under UV-light. The long rectangular stone in the brooch on the right is usually called baguette :) and has stones in light grey around it. The brooch on the left with octagonal stone in the middle has the most pearls. And the brooch on the back has the most rhinestones, inspired by historical jewellery. I seldom make hair barette clips and this sapphire blue set got one! This Rhinestone hair clip with filigree and pearls has beautifully sparkly crystals and measures 10x2cm (3 3/4 x 3/4 inches). Sapphire blue necklace with baroque pearls measures 40-45cm (15 3/4 - 17 3/4 inches) long.

Sapphire BLUE RHINESTONE EARRINGS with PEARLS

Using the vintage stones I showed previously I made these earrings. Around the vintage glass stone is four new crystal rhinestones from Austria (Swarovski). Sapphire blue and pearl is so classic! I love those vintage glass baroque pearls from France!

It's amazing how vivid is the the blue color in vintage glass! So deep and tasty :P You can also see small glass pearls and tiny seed beads woven into the design.  It's fun to look around in archives of the many photos I've taken in years. This one is from 2016 and features a pink bracelet cuff with an array of colorful pastel earrings!

There's something about the pastel colors! So sweet and combined with sparkly rhinestones it's even better!

Dark Red Jewelry in Vintage Style

Deep Dark Red

I haven't shared here the deep color components: beads, rhinestones and cabochons. I made jewelry with these that were inspired by antique Bohemian garnet jewelry. The materials here are not garnet but glass and crystal glass, new and vintage.

Old "English cut" glass beads from Czechoslovakia, Austrian and Czech crystal glass rhinestones... Inspiring isn't it? Photographing these is quite tricky, and the real color is a bit darker than on photos.

Aqua Blue Rhinestone Brooch

Beautiful and bright color aqua blue! This shape is difficult to name... Lots of sparkle in this one! This aqua blue rhinestone brooch has lots of tiny sparkly crystals to catch light.

This rhinestone brooch features very sparkly center stone with lots of smaller rhinestones. Center stone is vintage Swar. "Aquamarine" crystal glass. Inspired by the vintage and new jewelry components... Here we have vintage pressed jade glass stone, uranium glass leaf shaped button, vintage Austrian Swar. kite shaped crystals and other new and old glass rhinestones.

Small Saphiret Brooch

Small Saphiret Brooch has a selection of designs in different shades: pink, yellow, mint. What's your favorite? Each brooch has four Saphiret (Sapphirine) glass stones.

Brooches measure appr. 2,5cm (1 inch) in diameter. Pink design is 3cm (1 1/4 inches) wide.

Purple Shade

Remember there were some Sapphirine cabochons that looked to have a purple hue? Well I picked these out and will add to this smooth top purple cab in oval shape. Doesn't it look delicious?

These faceted pear shaped stones are vintage Swarovski "Lavendel" color. It will go together with the same antique cut steel beads I have in blue color that I used in the triangle shaped brooch.

SAPHIRET BROOCH with Sapphirene or Sapphirine
